Job Responsibilities
- Edit Engaging Content: Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality videos for YouTube and social media platforms, ensuring they align with our brand's style, tone, and visual standards.
- Enhance Visual Storytelling: Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and music to enhance narratives and explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Maintain Visual Quality: Ensure all video content adheres to technical specifications for various platforms (e.g., aspect ratios, resolutions, file sizes).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulously review and refine edits, color grading, and audio mixing to ensure a seamless and professional final product. Your keen eye for detail is crucial for upholding the integrity of our message.
- Collaborate on Production: Work closely with scriptwriters, researchers, and the team from conceptualization through post-production. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop video concepts and visual approaches.

Key Requirements
- Education: A diploma or higher in Media, Graphic Design, Film Production, Broadcasting, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. Practical experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills will be highly considered, even without a formal degree.
- Working Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in video editing, preferably for digital media, content creation, or a news/finance-related company.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Visual Storytelling: A strong understanding of visual storytelling principles, pacing, composition, and color grading.
- Work Ethic & Collaboration: Independent work ethic and effective time management are essential, along with strong collaboration skills, including proactive idea sharing and receptiveness to feedback.
- Language: Proficient in English to understand scripts and team communications.
- [BONUS] Motion Graphics: Experience with Adobe After Effects or equivalent motion graphics tools is a significant advantage.
