The Role
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and analyze performance metrics.
Main Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas aligned with brand goals.
- Shoot, edit, and produce 15–20 short‑form videos per month (Reels, TikTok, XHS).
- Create 3–5 static content posts monthly (images/carousels).
- Write platform‑optimized captions for all videos and static posts.
- Translate complex product/scientific concepts into digestible content.
- Design simple graphics and visual assets.
- Manage and post content across social media channels.
- Maintain and update the content calendar, ensuring timely execution.
- Optimize content for engagement, reach, and shareability.
- Track performance metrics and assist in monthly reporting.
- Propose and support digital marketing campaigns with content strategies, KPI plans, and creative decks.
- Assist with other marketing and campaign needs as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Marcom, Media & Design or any related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in content creation and video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Excellent visual storytelling, creative thinking, and writing skills.
- Familiar with social media trends, content best practices, and digital metrics.
