Join Aonic in our Agriculture vertical, where technology is transforming how farmers work and grow. We’re looking for a Mandarin-proficient Content Executive who can tell powerful stories that bridge technology and agriculture, connecting innovation with the people behind it.

In this role, you’ll create content that captures Aonic Agriculture’s real-world impact from field operations to success stories across social media and video platforms.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Storytelling

• Craft Mandarin content that tells the real stories of Malaysia’s modern farms.
• Write sharp, purposeful copy for social media, and work on campaigns that connect technology with agriculture.
• Work with the creative and field teams to turn experiences into visuals that inspire growers.

Video Production & Editing

• Capture and edit on-site footage of drone operations, farmer interviews, and agri‑tech showcases.
• Produce short, impactful videos, highlighting how Aonic drives more efficient and sustainable farming.
• Be comfortable on camera for intros, explainers, and interviews. You’ll set the tone and help teammates and clients feel at ease.

Content Publishing & Performance

• Manage uploads and scheduling across platforms.
• Track engagement, learn from results, and keep content consistent in tone and quality.

Requirements

• Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• A creative mindset with passion and heart for agriculture and the people behind the business.
• Dedicated, self‑driven, and able to work independently, with a willingness to travel and explore agricultural communities across Malaysia.
• Ability to simplify technical information into clear, relatable stories.
• At least 1 year of experience in Mandarin content creation and video editing on platforms Facebook and/or XiaoHongShu.
