About The Team

The Social Media Marketing Associate will support the team in creating, executing, and optimizing social media content across various platforms. This role blends creativity, storytelling, and basic performance marketing, with a strong focus on short‑form video content production and editing. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, skilled in content creation, and comfortable turning data insights into engaging social media strategies.

Job Description
Content Creation & Video Editing
  • Plan, produce, and edit engaging social media content, including short‑form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Work with design teams to ensure creative consistency across visuals, captions, and motion assets.
  • Stay on top of current social media trends, audio, and formats to keep content relevant and fresh.
  • Repurpose long‑form videos into bite‑sized, platform‑optimized clips.
Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Assist in developing monthly social media calendars and campaign content plans.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (design, and campaign teams) to ensure timely content rollout.
  • Support paid social executions such as post boosting and audience targeting to increase content reach.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor performance metrics (views, reach, engagement, conversions) across all channels.
  • Analyze results to identify what type of content performs best and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Apply data‑driven insights to refine creative direction and posting strategy.
Community Engagement
  • Monitor social channels for comments and messages, ensuring timely and professional engagement with followers.
  • Identify user‑generated content and trending topics to leverage for community growth.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning
  • Work closely with the creative, campaign, and analytics teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
  • Keep up with platform updates, new content tools, and creative best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (internship experience acceptable).
