Glyph Language Services is seeking talented individuals to join us on this new adventure, utilizing state‑of‑the‑art AI technology to craft custom dubbing content for world‑leading entertainment studios. This is a new and exciting sector that's growing exponentially, offering many opportunities, while welcoming talent from many backgrounds and levels of experience.

We are hiring a team of freelance US English dubbing voice artists and dubbing AI operators for script adaptation + voice generation to work with us on a variety of quality productions. You’ll adapt and participate in the creation of dubbing scripts for movies, TV shows, documentaries, and animated series into natural American English and bring them to life with next‑generation AI tools.

• Earnings depend on your technical and VO editing skills, depending on the number of titles you can produce in a day/week/month. Compensation is $4–$5 per minute of final edited video.
• Location: Anywhere — this role is 100% remote
• Commitment: At least 30 hours per week; full availability preferred, with no limit on hours worked overall. No set working hours or time zone requirements.
• Currently staffing multiple large projects already underway with expected full‑time volumes through the end of the year and beyond. We are looking for hundreds of candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply.

• Adapt manuscripts of video and use Text‑To‑Speech technology to create new audio and dub the same video to a target language.
• Evaluate the quality of voice and overall video quality.
• Manage and resolve client rejections.

• Native US English.
• 6+ months in dubbing, acting, directing, transcription, subtitling, proofreading, or media localization experience.
• Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
• Bonus: audio/video editing skills.
