Job summary

A global financial services provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional support to clients. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries through various channels and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have a Secondary School certificate, be fluent in Korean and English, and possess excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service, preferably in Financial/Forex.

  • Able to start within a short notice period.

  • Provide front-line support to customers via live chats, phones, and email.
  • Resolve client issues and answer queries regarding products.
  • Record and update customer data and relevant information.

Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email.
  • Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion.
  • Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.
  • Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
  • Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / SPM certificate
  • 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Customer Service (Financial / Forex industry would be a distinct advantage).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • A genuine interest in working in financial markets and client services.
  • Willing to work on shifts (Including weekends if required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Korean and English including written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
