An automotive service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technician specializing in service, repair, and body/paint for Mercedes Benz vehicles. The successful candidate will ensure productivity and efficiency while adhering to MB Standards. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, performing repairs timely, and addressing any issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Achieve targeted productivity, efficiency, and labor revenue.
- Conduct vehicle checking according to Final Control SOP.
- Perform jobs per MB Standards ensuring issues are addressed.
- Complete repairs within stipulated time for timely delivery.

- To achieve the individual targeted productivity, efficiency and labor revenue
- To conduct checking of vehicle according to Final Control SOP, to ensure all listed points have been checked and any issues to be informed to Team Leader immediately
- To ensure that the jobs are performed on customer’s cars as per MB Standards and issues are addressed conclusively in the first visit of the car
- To ensure repairs are performed within the stipulated time, to ensure timely completion of repairs and delivery to customer
