Job summary

The role involves supporting the Technical Sales team, coordinating specifications, and updating project documentation. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Engineering or Architectural fields and has two years of experience in the construction industry. Familiarity with CAD and BIM is preferred, as the position demands a good understanding of construction drawings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the construction/design industry.
  • Previous design experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical proposals for various projects.
  • Support Technical Sales Consultant/Manager on large tenders.
  • Produce and coordinate technical specifications and datasheets.
  • Assist in updating tender reports and project documents.
