(IT) Senior Executive Application and Support

Continuously monitor the performance and health of the Symphony core system

Implement and manage alerting systems

Collaborate with application teams to resolve incidents and conduct root cause analysis

Design, build and maintain intuitive and real-time dashboard using Power BI

Intergrade data from various sources to provide actionable insights for both technical and business stakeholders.

Work closely with various business units to gather system requirements and automate workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

Develop and maintain low code /no code solutions to streamline business processes.

Provide training and support to end users on Power Platform tools.

Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals
