Job summary
A technology staffing agency is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in full-stack development and a solid understanding of server-side technologies. Responsibilities include mentoring junior developers and collaborating with teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Write clean and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
- Implement and optimise data storage mechanisms.
- Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise.
Skills
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust, and secure web applications using React and Node.js
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and industry standards
Implement and optimise data storage and retrieval mechanisms, ensuring high performance and reliability
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and infrastructure
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, sharing your technical expertise and best practices
Proactively identify and address technical challenges, bottlenecks, and potential areas for improvement
2 years of experience in full-stack web development, with a strong focus on React and Node.js
Solid understanding of server-side technologies, including RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud-based infrastructure
Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies
