Requirement

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to optimize designs for efficient production.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve design-related issues during the development process.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with kitchen and wardrobe design principles is a plus.

Responsibility

• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for kitchen and wardrobe components using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and manufacturing teams to optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM), considering material selection, production processes, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis of prototypes to identify potential design flaws or areas for improvement, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
• Participate in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production and consistent product quality.
• Provide technical support to the production team, addressing any design-related issues or queries that may arise during the manufacturing process.
• Assist in the research and evaluation of new materials, technologies, and manufacturing techniques to enhance product performance and innovation.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all design activities, including drawings, specifications, test results, and design changes.
