Job summary

A leading interior design company in Selangor is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to manage daily site operations and ensure project success. Responsibilities include coordinating timelines, liaising with teams, conducting inspections, and resolving site issues. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in interior fit-out or cabinetry. Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia are advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out, kitchen system, or cabinetry project coordination.
  • Strong technical knowledge of carpentry, site installation, and material specifications.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

Job Description (Duties & Responsibilities)
  • Coordinate project timelines, site schedules, and delivery plans from site commencement to completion.
  • Liaise closely with designers, sales executives, and installers to ensure all technical and design details are clearly communicated.
  • Conduct site measurements, inspections, and pre-installation checks.
  • Coordinate installation activities with contractors, carpenters, and on-site teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify and resolve site issues promptly to prevent delays or rework.
  • Ensure all installations meet Boloni’s quality and design standards.
  • Support post-installation service and defect rectification processes when required.
Academic Requirement
  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
Requirement
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out, kitchen system, or cabinetry project coordination.
  • Strong technical knowledge of carpentry, site installation, and material specifications.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (The role is required to deal with supplier and customer from China).
  • Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage.
