We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team, responsible for planning and implementing operational projects, programs, and improvement plans as assigned by the Head of Business Analyst. This role involves leading a team to develop comprehensive business scenarios for UAT executions, effectively communicating changes in business rules to the Business department, and providing consultation, recommendations, and implementation on IT/Ops‑related matters while supporting the COO in operational functions and activities. Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide guidance to Junior Business Analyst.
• Lead business walkthroughs with business units to develop business initiatives or requirements, seek clarification, identify initiative correlations, and provide initial process and systems impact analysis and resource needs.
• Review documented User Requirements with the Business User and obtain proper sign‑off by the Business.
• Review Business User Test Scripts, support Business in the User Acceptance Testing and obtain proper sign‑off by the Business.
• Work with business units and IT to document functional test scenarios, test plans, test strategies and end‑user acceptance testing criteria.
• Participate in projects in accordance with project management principles and methodologies as a business analyst role.
• Develop, maintain and upgrade documentation specific to Business Analyst activities.
• Ensure personal development for self‑improvement and build positive working relationships within the team.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the COO.

Must Have

• Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience, including documenting business requirements and analyzing them.
• Minimum 2 years of General Insurance domain knowledge (product development, underwriting, RI, Claims, Finance & regulation).
• Experience working with IT technical staff (including vendors) and Business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to propose solutions or workarounds.

Additional Advantages

• Data Analysis – familiarity with data modeling, exposure to data‑driven projects or digital transformation.
• Understanding AI capabilities and limitations in non‑technical language – such as eliciting requirements, analyzing data, modeling processes, or communicating insights.
• IT technical experience (it will be good if the candidate is an IT graduate).
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.
• Working experience in Digital / Data Analysis projects.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot.
