Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tuition Teacher or Teacher Aide.
- Excellent knowledge of child development and education theories.
- Creative and artistic in teaching methods.
- Strong organizational and teaching skills.
- Must be proficient in Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a complete teaching plan.
- Organize educational materials and resources.
- Motivate and engage children through various activities.
- Maintain communication with parents.
- Assess student performance regularly.
- Nurture cooperation and sharing among children.
- Collaborate with administration staff.
