A leading multinational leisure and hospitality company is seeking an IT Support Assistant at Genting Highlands Resort. The successful candidate will assist with daily monitoring of Linux servers, ensuring smooth operations without downtime, and providing necessary support for hotel and casino systems. A Diploma in IT or Computer Science is required, along with strong problem-solving skills. This opportunity offers a dynamic career within an expanding company committed to growth and innovation.

- Relevant experience on Linux Operating System support will be added advantage.
- Self-starter, proactive and resourceful.
Responsibilities
- Assist on daily server heath check and monitoring on Linux servers.
- Follow up with vendor for scheduled hardware replacements.
- Daily support for Hotel and Casino systems.

- To assist on daily server heath check and monitoring on Linux servers to ensure smooth operation, without any unscheduled downtime
- To assist to follow up with vendor and ensuring that hardware replacement is on scheduled without impact the business operation
- To assist on the daily support for Hotel and Casino system as well other Linux daily support operation
- Possess a Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Relevant experience on Linux Operating System support will be added advantage
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Self-starter, proactive and resourceful.
- Willing to based at Genting Highlands Resort, Pahang
