Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate work for subordinates.
- Conduct inspections before each shift.
- Maintain records of staff attendance and tool inventories.
- Implement Quality Plans and SOPs.
- Maintain IMS documentation.
- Ensure efficient use of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training for new staff.
- Maintain a safe working environment.

- Possess Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Information Technology, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Possess Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering, or Certificate of Competency with a minimum of 3 years of related working experience.
- STPM / SPM qualification with a minimum of 5 years of related working experience.
- Prior working experience in Toll Operations System or Expressway management will be an added advantage.
- Good leadership qualities and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer usage and basic software such as MS Word and Excel.
- Positive working attitude, self-driven, resourceful, systematic, and equipped with strong analytical skills.
- Plan, coordinate, delegate works to subordinates (Booth Attendants or Plaza Attendants).
- Conduct Plaza inspections before each shift (e.g., lane equipment, computer systems, ALB, and other road charge peripherals).
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, tool inventories, and maintenance history for all facilities, equipment and machines at the Plaza.
- Implement and enforce the relevant Quality Plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain IMS documentation in compliance with standards.
- Ensure efficient and proper use of materials, equipment and machines to reduce maintenance costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and authority requirements.
- Provide adequate training for new staffs.
- Maintain a safe working environment for employees and ensure measures to reduce environmental pollution.
- Willing to based at Resorts World Genting, Pahang
