AECOM’s Enterprise Capabilities team is looking for a Structural Engineer to join our team in Damansara City.

We are seeking a talented and innovative Structural Engineer to join our team in Damansara City, Malaysia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing and analyzing structures for various building projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations.

• Assist on structural design projects for a diverse range of buildings and structures.
• Work on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving structural analysis and design.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure project success.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and building codes.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry level engineers.

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline with CGPA > 3.5.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering, or related discipline.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Experience working on large and complex projects is preferred.
• Innovative thinking and ability to develop creative structural solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design softwares such as Etabs, Autodesk Robot, Autodesk Structural Bridge Design, SAFE, StaadPro etc is preferred.
• Experience and skill in parametric modelling and computational design is preferred.
