Job summary

A manufacturing company is seeking an Export Sales Assistant to support the Export Manager in handling inquiries, ensuring timely documentation, and managing logistics for delivery. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Sales, Marketing, or International Trade, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience in export administration. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role involves promoting company products and achieving sales targets.

Job description

Assist the Export Manager in all matters related to Export Sales such as prospecting new customer, to provide after sales service, to attend inquiries and complaint and others relevant activities assigned to you from time to time

Job Description

Ensure documentations for export matter are prepared on time.

Ensure logistic requirement are arranged accordingly for timely delivery.

Ensure customer’s inquiry and complaint are attended promptly.

Ensure relevant reports are submitted on time.

Ensure compliance of safety and health rules and regulations at all time.

Promote and market Company’s products.

Prospect new customer.

Process and prepare respective zone’s documentations (quotation, shipping documents, bank documents, BL, invoices, DO and other documents associated with Export Sales).

Achieve budgeted sales figures.

Arrange for logistic requirements.

Prepare monthly sales reports to immediate superior latest by 11am on 5th working day of a month.

Update weekly shipping schedule to immediate superior.

Provide relevant information and documents to HR/Admin department in conjunction with respective zone’s trade fair or customer visit.

Attend export inquiries and customer complaints in accordance to ISO 9001:2000 requirements.

Attend WOS Meeting.

Other jobs associated with export matters delegated to you from time to time

Any other duties assigned by the management as and when required

Job Requirements

Degree Holder preferably in Sales/Marketing/International Trade or equivalent.

at least 1-2 years experience in handling export administration preferably in manufacturing environment.

Able to speak and write in English & Chinese, good communication skills, computer literate and knowledge in International Trade, Shipping and Custom Procedures.

The candidate must able to speak and write in Mandarin.

Good interpersonal, self-motivated & result orientation.

Fit, healthy and no physical disability.

Have own transport and can travel whenever require by the Company.
