Job description

We are hiring an Assistant Manager (Facility Management) to join the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee office renovation, refurbishment, and contractor coordination.
  • Manage facility operations including maintenance, telecommunications, and printing services.
  • Lead the company’s asset management process, including annual tagging.
  • Supervise cleaning services and liaise with building management and Safety & Health Department.
  • Manage office security systems, cybersecurity coordination, and operating expenses.
  • Ensure SOP compliance, risk management, and adherence to ISO requirements.
  • Support ad-hoc requests such as events, site visits, and tender exercises.
  • Monitor team tasks via Help-Desk system.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Facility Management, Building Services, or other related discipline
  • CGPA of ≥ 3.00 or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking with good planning and organisational capabilities.
  • Proactive, quality-driven, and able to initiate improvements.
  • Experience managing facilities, office operations, vendors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
