Job summary

A leading consumer electronics retailer in Penang is seeking a Retail Associate to assist customers in finding the best products and provide excellent service. Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience and strong communication skills in English, Chinese, and Malay. The role includes setting up product displays, providing demonstrations, and engaging positively with customers. Benefits include annual outpatient benefits, birthday leave, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
  • Comfortable working 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in finding the best product.
  • Expand product knowledge and deliver it engagingly.
  • Follow up with customers regarding product selection.
