Happy Bee Farm Genting Highlands is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Shop Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the store's cleanliness, and managing the day-to-day operations of the shop.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products in order to generate sales.
• Maintain the inventory upkeep of the store and accordingly placing replenishment orders.
• Implementing marketing and other promotional plans for the retail chain.
• Execute all tasks given by manager and supervisor diligently.
• Provide training for subordinates.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining quality and standards of retail outlet.
• Evaluate customer complaints to the manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas within the premise.
