Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
  • Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and the company website.
  • Monitor and analyze website and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.

Content Creation:

  • Manage the content creation team, in foreseeing the completion of content planning and shooting for our social media postings and ads purposes.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings and marketing approaches.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials and product displays.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other industry stakeholders to enhance brand reach and credibility.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to management.
  • Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications
