As part of their expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence across their retail network.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations across outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused servie delivery.
- Take full ownership of P&L performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets in alignment with senior management.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
- Design, coordinate, and implement operational systems that enhance efficiency and deliver consisten excellence in customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with management on business development initiatives, promotions, and strategic projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven retail management experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.

- Solid understanding of P&L management and experience in executing strategies to drive sales growth.
