Job Description

Store Operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation in the store.
  • Training and supervising staff to ensure they understand and adhere to operational standards.
  • Setting and achieving sales targets for the store.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
  • Overseeing inventory levels and implementing strategies to optimize stock levels.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Implementing Facebook marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store.
  • Planning and optimizing the store layout to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Managing product displays, promotions, and pricing strategies to drive sales.

Project Management Roadshow / Exhibition

  • Liaise with the mall management to participate the roadshow and facilitate the coordination of the roadshow procedure.
  • Develop comprehensive roadshow/ exhibition plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Create and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective services and products.
  • Oversee on-site event operations, including set-up and coordination of staff

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience as Retail Manager.
  • Preferably candidate from Retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, staff management and customer service.
  • Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Good communication skill in English & Mandarin
