We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven Leasing personnel to lead the leasing performance, rental strategy and long-term asset value maximization across our property investment portfolio.
In this role, you will be accountable for driving key KPIs including rental revenue, occupancy rates, yields and tenant mix optimization while ensuring that each asset achieves its targeted performance. You will spearhead leasing strategies, build strong retailer relationships, and guide both the leasing and tenancy administration teams toward operational excellence.
You will also play a pivotal role in long-term asset planning, including developing 10-year rent roll forecasts, evaluating feasibility of retail projects and collaborating closely with Marketing, Fit-Out and Credit Control to enhance tenant performance and ensure seamless tenancy lifecycle management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in retail leasing, with proven success in managing multiple assets and portfolios.
Strong track record in achieving KPI targets for rental revenue, occupancy rates, yields, and tenant mix optimization.
