Job summary
A seafood processing company in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Executive to supervise daily activities, ensure quality, and train team members. The ideal candidate has a diploma and 2-3 years of experience in food processing. Familiarity with HACCP standards is preferred. This role involves working in a cold environment and requires strong leadership skills.

- Able to work in a cold, fast-paced environment and flexible with working hours.

- Supervise day-to-day processing activities, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead and train team members to meet operational and customer requirements.
- Monitor and maintain product quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
