  • Support daily food court operations ensuring cleanliness and order accuracy.
  • Monitor food court stalls for compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain well-organized records.
  • Handle invoice processing, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Prepare and update reports/presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support smooth back-end operations.
  • Participate in stock takes and inventory tracking.
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely stock replenishment.

The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia’s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space that includes a 10-acre rooftop park.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Food Court Assistant to support our daily operations and administrative tasks.

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting daily food court operations, ensuring cleanliness, order accuracy, and excellent customer service
  • Monitoring food court stalls to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Performing accurate data entry and maintaining well-organized records
  • Handling invoice processing, purchase orders (POs), and related documentation
  • Preparing and updating reports/presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks to support smooth back-end operations
  • Participating in stock takes and inventory tracking
  • Monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for timely stock replenishment
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn and grow. Basic knowledge of F&B operations is an advantage
  • This role involves significant reporting and data entry work, so strong skills in Microsoft Office are essential with attention to details
  • Availability to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
