Job summary

A leading seafood restaurant in Kajang, Selangor is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive. This role involves responding to inquiries, coordinating events, and maintaining databases. The ideal candidate should have sales or marketing experience and be proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to inquiries via phone, fax, social media and email.
  • Coordinate with departments on functions and events.
  • Prepare quotations and raise invoices accurately.
  • Upkeep of client and agents database.
  • Update and prepare sales reports.
  • Involve in coordinating bookings for all outlets.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Work Location: Kajang, Selangor

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond promptly to all incoming inquiries via phone, fax, social media and email in relation to sales in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments and event coordinator on all functions, group events, special arrangement on any sales and marketing related activities.
  • Prepare quotations, contract and raise pro-forma invoices to clients and prospects accurately and timely.
  • Upkeep of a client and agents database and ensure an efficient tracking system of all paperwork related to sales and marketing.
  • Update and prepare weekly and monthly sales report, sales and marketing activities update, etc.
  • Involved in coordinating booking / reservation to all outlets.
  • Undertake any other tasks as assigned by Superior.
  • Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proven work experience in Sales or Marketing background
  • Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
