• Minimum 2 years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in supervising and/or delegation.
• Good communication skills with kitchen and staff.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest requests and complaints, efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain good communication with kitchen operations and F&B section heads.
• Assist with weekly duty schedules and vacation leaves.
• Provide feedback to manager on guests' complaints.
