Office Location: Penang, Malaysia (beside Queensbay Mall)

Job Responsibilities:

• Key Account Management to achieve business goals and increase market share; includes inventory, forecasting, and accounts receivable management.
• Identify, manage, and deliver new business opportunities to meet revenue, profit, and growth targets.
• Develop multi-level relationships both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with various functions such as R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality to enhance project success rates and promote new products.
• Establish, align, and execute global key account strategies to meet business targets.
• Understand strategic customer technology trends and needs, and develop solutions in response to competitive environments.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is preferred; degree in other science and engineering will also be considered.
• Over 5 years of working experience in key account management and distributor management, along with technical knowledge in Electroplating, Connector Finishing, Passive Components, or Semiconductor products is preferred. Experience in the Consumer Electronics or Telecommunications industries within a multinational company environment will also be considered.
• Possess strong logical thinking and negotiation skill to drive results.
• Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize work and consistently meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership skills will be an advantage
