This role will be instrumental in managing employment compliance, advising HR on key issues, and handling disputes. With significant market expansion and workforce growth, the company seeks a pragmatic and commercially savvy employment lawyer to strengthen its legal function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee employment compliance audits, ensuring regulatory alignment.
  • Advise HR on day-to-day employment matters across multiple regions.
  • Handle employment disputes, investigations, and sensitive employee issues.
  • Draft and refine employment policies, contracts, and governance frameworks.
  • Support M&A, restructuring, and market expansion initiatives.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ PQE (ideally 7-8), with experience in advisory & disputes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to push back when needed.
  • Fintech, banking, or tech sector experience preferred, but not essential.
  • Regional exposure; additional SEA/European language skills a plus.
