A leading technology management company in Penang seeks a Facilities and EHS Manager to oversee maintenance, construction, and safety compliance. Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years management/technical experience in facilities management.
  • Direct supervisory experience in facilities engineering and EHS management preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing business analytics to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance, construction, and care of grounds and buildings.
  • Manage the EHS Department to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recruit and coach Maintenance, Housekeeping, and EHS personnel.

Skills

Ability to read and analyze technical documents
Advanced PC skills
Strong financial and analytical ability
Strong communication skills

Education

B.A./B.S. or equivalent preferred
