Job summary
A prestigious legal firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Legal Executive/Assistant Legal Manager to manage legal aspects of corporate real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will draft and negotiate commercial agreements while providing strategic legal advice. Candidates must be called to the Malaysian Bar and possess 4–5 years of relevant experience in a reputable law firm. This position offers a dynamic role within a growing sector in Malaysia.
Qualifications
- Called to the Malaysian Bar.
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in a top-tier or reputable mid-tier law firm with a dedicated corporate real estate practice.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end legal aspects of corporate real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements related to real estate assets.
- Provide strategic legal advice on real estate development risks and regulatory requirements.
