A leading appliance manufacturer in Shah Alam is seeking a Human Resources Officer. The role involves managing payroll calculations, maintaining employee leave records, and renewing contracts as per company policy. Candidates should have a Diploma in Human Resources or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on employee management and operational efficiency.
Responsible for full spectrum associated activities including payroll calculation, execution, off-cycle (salaries, leave and other compensation calculations).
Update and maintain accurate records of all employee leave requests.
Update contract end dates and renew extension of contract employees in accordance with company policies.
Monitor, update, and renew the quota allocation for members whose contracts are being renewed.
Process backpay for employees based on correction approved overtime hours, Leave type and shift allowance.
Handle Exit Clearance (Ensure all company property (e.g., ID cards, equipment) is returned by the employee.)
Cash Handling (Follow company policies and security protocols during cash handling and distribution).
Attend section clerk on enquiris and problem solving.
Process CP22A and letter.
Indemnity letter preparation.
