Qualifications

Job description

Centre of Excellence and Data Management (CODE)

Served as a key Reviewer and Advisor for Policies, SOPs, and Limit of Authority through the Centre of Excellence (COE) committee for UDA Group, ensuring robust governance and policy integrity.

Accountable to the Ministry of Finance (MoF) for reporting UDA Group Key Performance Indicator (KPI) outcomes under the Process and Governance Improvement Index.

Business Process Transformation (BPT)

Led the digital transformation and data-driven initiatives for UDA Group, architecting the Company's Digital Enterprise Framework to enhance strategic decision‑making and operational efficiency.

Accountable to the Ministry of Finance (MoF) for reporting UDA Group KPI outcomes under the Digitalisation Index.

Standard

Led the Company’s ISO Integration certification journey, driving compliance with international standards (QMS, OSH, EMS, FM) for UDA Group.

Conducted industry benchmarking studies and centralised audit observations data to drive performance improvements and compliance excellence.

Corporate Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (CHSSE)

Led Corporate Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) initiatives, acting as the Chairman of the Occupational, Safety and Health (OSH) Committee for UDA Group and shaping key policies for Properties, Malls, Hotels, and Facilities Management.

The Incumbent

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 12 years of working experience in a similar role or industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Visio.
• Experienced in SAP (Accounting Software), QlikView (Business Intelligence), TM Smart Map, and Minitab.
• Certified in Internal Audit for MS ISO 37001:2016 Anti‑Bribery Management System (ABMS).
• Certified Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Coordinator.
• Possesses certified knowledge in Integrated ISO standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 41001:2018.
