A fast-growing international hospitality company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Project Executive to drive performance improvement across hospitality properties. The role involves managing operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance with regulatory requirements. We are currently looking for a Project Executive (based in Kuala Lumpur) to support operational excellence and performance improvement across OYO properties.
Drive performance improvement initiatives across assigned OYO properties
Monitor operational expenses (OPEX) and implement cost optimization measures where required
Track property performance metrics and ensure operational efficiency
Oversee pre-live operations for new hotels, including staffing readiness and SOP implementation
Ensure properties are operationally ready before go-live
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property launches
Ensure all required hotel, branding, and operational licenses are obtained and maintained
Monitor compliance with regulatory and operational requirements
Manage vendors effectively to ensure service quality and cost efficiency
Explore opportunities for centralized purchasing to improve economies of scale and cost savings
Work closely with operations, finance, supply chain, and other internal teams
Act as a key point of coordination between properties and internal stakeholders
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Engineering / Technical Background
Strong understanding of operational processes and cost control
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
