Responsibilities
- Plan and execute training events online and offline.
- Coordinate seating arrangements and necessary training materials.
- Manage event flow and troubleshoot participant needs.
- Compile feedback reports for event improvement.
- Maintain event budget and track expenditures.

- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Responsible for planning and execution of the training events (online & offline) in detail, from pre-event setup to post event
- Coordinate seating arrangements, equipment setup, and necessary training materials.
- During event, manage the flow, handle participant needs, and troubleshoot issues.
- Compile feedback reports for continuous improvement of the training program.
- Maintain event budget and track expenditures
- Assist event speakers in preparing related event materials (eg: documentations, PPT and etc)
- On-the-job training is provided, by assuming an active on-site presence to oversee event operations
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned
