Job description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of the company's product manufacturing process:
   1. Lead the production of battery cells in the MP line, solve process problems in the MP manufacturing end, promote the resolution of production problem points, ensure timely and high-quality delivery of battery cells, and achieve delivery goals;
   2. Responsible for continuous improvement of the manufacturing end, process quality improvement of battery cells, continuous enhancement of process capabilities, and continuous improvement of Y * U;
   3. Participate in the Qualification of new cables, complete equipment and cell Qualification with quality and quantity assurance, output Qualification reports, and achieve mass production;
   4. Participate in cost reduction projects, promote the introduction of wire pulling measures, and achieve cost reduction of battery cells;
2. Responsible for optimizing production processes to improve production efficiency;
3. Responsible for communicating with clients and conducting client failure analysis;
4. Improve customer satisfaction with product line visits and audits;

Requirements

• More than 1 year of work experience in battery cell manufacturing technology, familiar with professional knowledge and manufacturing equipment principles related to battery cells;
• Have good engineering logic and proficient in engineering methods such as 6sigma, FMEA, 5why, etc;
• Communication and coordination skills, good teamwork ability;
• Proficient in operating computers, JMP, Minitab, and Office software, etc;
