About the Role
We’re seeking a meticulous and highly organised Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of impactful brand events. This role requires someone with deep production knowledge and a strong sense of how to shape meaningful, immersive brand experiences from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Execution
- Manage the full end-to-end execution of brand events, from pre-production to on-ground management and post-event wrap-up.
- Develop detailed event plans, timelines, run sheets, and production documentation to ensure smooth delivery.
- Ensure every touchpoint of the event contributes to an engaging and cohesive brand experience.
- Production & Technical Oversight
- Oversee all fabrication, printing, staging, AV, lighting, and technical setups, ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Conduct site recces, manage layouts, and coordinate with production teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Troubleshoot challenges calmly and efficiently, especially in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Source, brief, and manage suppliers across fabrication, AV, logistics, décor, and manpower.
- Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure all deliverables match expectations.
- Monitor budgets and timelines to maintain efficiency without compromising production values.
- Experience Crafting
- Translate brand objectives into meaningful, on-ground experiences that resonate with audiences.
- Ensure event elements—flow, visual design, sensory elements, interactions—come together cohesively to reflect the brand’s identity.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Post-Event Reporting
- Lead debriefs, compile post-event reports, and share insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing high-volume events (agency or brand-side).
- Strong understanding of event production: fabrication, staging, printing, AV, lighting, and other technical requirements.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with both clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekends, when required.
- Experience crafting brand experiences or working within experiential marketing is a strong advantage.
