  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
Responsibility
  • Responsible for planning and execution of the training events (online & offline) in detail, from pre-event setup to post event
  • Coordinate seating arrangements, equipment setup, and necessary training materials.
  • During event, manage the flow, handle participant needs, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Compile feedback reports for continuous improvement of the training program.
  • Maintain event budget and track expenditures
  • Assist event speakers in preparing related event materials (eg: documentations, PPT and etc)
  • On-the-job training is provided, by assuming an active on-site presence to oversee event operations
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned
