Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for coordinating the process and production team to continuously improve manufacturing process.
• Tracking and close monitoring of process input and output parameter & trouble shooting for any abnormal issue.
• Define process parameter.
• Customer claim evaluation and improvement plan.
• Process Evaluation (PFMEA) together with Production Engineer
• Jig & Fixture design and proposal.
• Participate in the continuous improvement process.
• Provide training to production on standard operating procedures and operation conditions.
• Lead the junior engineer and technician to perform and ensure the process smooth in production.
• Develops, documents, and enforces standard operating procedures and process description.
• Document manufacturing instructions, control plan and methods to maintain highest product and process quality.
• Process balancing and optimization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Diploma or Degree, Engineering (mechanical), engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Powerpoint, MS Excel/Word, Solidworks and etc
• Excellent problem solving skills, logical thinking.
• Candidates able to speak, read and write Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• 1- 2 years related working experience in manufacturing electronic industrial.
