We are seeking a proactive, results-driven PROGRAM MANAGER to oversee and coordinate multiple projects while managing customer activities and requests. This role requires close collaboration with corporate and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and an effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and consistently drives programs to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their forecasts and requests, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.

Collaborate closely with corporate teams and various internal departments to align resources and activities to fulfill customer requirements.

Monitor and analyze customer demand patterns and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

Facilitate regular communication with customers and internal teams, including participation in conference calls, sometimes scheduled during night hours.

Coordinate activities across departments to ensure smooth execution of transfer projects, new projects and initiatives that support customer needs.

Employ strong problem-solving skills to address challenges independently and develop effective solutions.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects.

Develop project plan, monitor project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Communicate program status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the organization.

Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project updates, challenges, and next steps with team members and stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement by evaluating program outcomes and identifying opportunities for enhanced processes and efficiencies.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.

Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles in manufacturing environment and related industry.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Strong coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Strong attention to detail, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Highly self-motivated and able to work independently to identify and resolve issues.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

High emotional intelligence, allowing for effective management of interpersonal relationships and customer expectations.
