Brand Executive / Senior Brand Executive
About the role

Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager, this full-time Brand Executive / Senior Brand Executive role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of MJM Malaysia Sdn Bhd's brand portfolio. Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will play a key part in executing brand strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among our target audiences.

What you'll be doing
  • Brand Strategy & Planning: Assist the Senior Brand Manager in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with company goals. Proactively propose creative and relevant plans that fit the brand's positioning and approved budget.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape (6Ps) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Support the planning and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and other media, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging. Generate post-campaign reports and presentations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, product development, trade marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives and maintain brand consistency. Provide marketing support for sales and trade activities. Prepare product decks and promotional materials.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track brand performance through internal sales data and external reports (e.g., Nielsen). Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Budget & Operation Management: Assist in managing brand budgets and track marketing spend. Handle administrative tasks related to the brand.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Branding / Brand Management, Marketing, or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years of brand and product experience with FMCG industry
  • Proven experience in a branding or marketing role >Experience in the baby & hygiene category is a plus
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, problem-solving skills, and work independently
