The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly in electroplating, and a degree in Engineering or Science. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering, especially electroplating.
Experience in the leadframe manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsabilités
Oversee plating performance, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Work with cross-functional teams on process capability and yield improvement.
Troubleshoot process issues and manage yield loss investigations.
Drive continuous improvement and implement long-term solutions for process and quality issues.
