What You’ll Do:
Engage and Inspire
Connect with potential clients, understand their HR needs, and present our cloud solutions in a compelling and relatable way.
Solution Selling
Tailor our HR Cloud System’s features to meet the unique challenges and goals of each client, demonstrating how our solutions can streamline their HR processes.
Build Relationships
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all things HR tech.
Drive Revenue
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, proactive outreach, and effective negotiation.
Work closely with our marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement of our offerings.
Stay Ahead
Keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to provide clients with the most up-to-date solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, experience with HR software is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with cloud technology and digital tools.
People Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem Solver: Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Driven: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant fields is a bonus.
