We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Business Analyst to lead the implementation and management of our IT systems and ERP solutions, including SAP. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems, managing ERP and SAP projects, and overseeing system performance and security.

The Person

The ideal candidate should excel in a dynamic environment, effectively manage ambiguity, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision. They must possess excellent communication skills, be a quick learner, and work well within a team while serving as a single point of contact.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Process Analysis and Mapping

Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Map current workflows and understand how they interact with the ERP system to ensure optimal implementation.

Collaboration and Requirements Gathering

Collaborate internally to gather and document business requirements.

Ensure that either business processes are adjusted to meet ERP implementation requirements or that the ERP is configured to meet business process needs effectively.

Design and Improve Processes

Design new or improved processes that leverage the capabilities of the ERP system.

Create streamlined workflows that enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Implementation Management

Lead the implementation of new processes within the ERP framework.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure changes are executed smoothly and align with business objectives.

Vendor and Project Team Collaboration

Work closely with ERP vendors and project team members to oversee configuration and implementation, ensuring alignment with business processes.

Project Planning and Management

Develop and manage comprehensive ERP project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with basic understanding of IT systems.

Familiarity with ERP software and its functionalities, particularly with the SAP system, is essential.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in spoken Malay, English, and Chinese, with a strong command of Mandarin. Candidates must have passed the SPM Chinese subject, as Mandarin proficiency is essential for effective communication and success in this role.
