Responsibilities
Effectively plan, promote and assist to lease out, secure and monitor occupancy for the company’s properties and/or buyers’ properties to ensure achieve business needs
Source and implement suitable marketing and leasing advertising and promotional (A&P) activities/events in promoting the residential and commercial properties assigned to align with organisation policies and standards
Build an effective relationship with tenants, prospects, real estate agents, media, etc. to promote assigned developments for occupancy retention and growth
Responsible for the productivity and monitor budgetary performance of the leasing/events to ensure work carried out is smoothly
Collaborate with internal and external specialist team on the design, planning and implementation of the concept of retail development to ensure meet customer expectation
Conduct market and competitor research, and customer surveys to assist management in determining market trends and customer needs
Additionally:
Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
Ensure compliance to relevant statutory requirements at all times, including QESHMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards,
International Standards, local regulations, code of practices, and legal requirements.
Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
Determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented.
Requirements
Qualification
Minimum Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Property Management, Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Psychology or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Technical Skills
Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to read and interpret documents such as tenancy agreements, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Knowledge in QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH legal & other requirements and EHS practices.
