What you’ll be doing

Engage with potential clients to understand their financial goals and property needs

Provide expert advice on mortgage products and assist clients in navigating the application process

Liaise with banks and other financial institutions to secure the best mortgage deals for clients

Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into successful mortgage applications

Stay up-to-date with changes in the mortgage market and industry regulations

Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in a mortgage consultant or financial advisory role, preferably in the banking and financial services industry

Strong understanding of the mortgage market, including mortgage products, application processes and regulatory requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients

Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to use CRM systems effectively

A valid Commission for the Promotion of Administrative Justice (CPAM) license would be an advantage
