- Manage material call-offs and ensure supplier confirmations are received on time.
- Monitor inbound deliveries, resolve purchase order issues, and escalate supply risks.

- Manage material call-offs and ensure supplier confirmations are received on time.
- Monitor inbound deliveries, resolve purchase order issues, and escalate supply risks.
- Collaborate with supply chain, production, and procurement teams to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Track and report supplier performance, particularly OTIF metrics.
- Support master data updates, inventory reviews, and new product introduction changes.
- Handle SAP alerts, non-conformance investigations, and process improvements.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance planning efficiency and cost savings.
A successful Material Planner (CONFI) should have:
- Experienced in supply chain planning, procurement, or related areas.
- Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Proficient in SAP system and Excel.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
