Procurement Associate – Vietnamese Speaker (Malaysia)
Job summary
A global healthcare company in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a Procurement Associate. This role involves executing daily purchasing activities, ensuring compliance, and managing the procure-to-pay process. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and must communicate effectively in English; Vietnamese proficiency is essential. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or those with 1-3 years of experience in a centralized purchasing environment, ideally in a shared service center.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English, additional Vietnamese is required.
- Fresh Graduate or 1-3 years experience in purchasing or supply chain.
- Experience in a shared service center is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily procurement activities while ensuring compliance.
- Manage end-to-end procurement workflow including PRs and POs.
- Resolve internal queries and participate in invoice reconciliation.
- Produce accurate and timely procurement reports.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
